Inconel 600 Inconel wire mesh

It has good high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent cold and hot processing and welding performance, and has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700℃.

The Inconel600 has the following features

1. It has good oxidation resistance and high temperature resistance

2. It has good corrosion resistance and cracking resistance at room temperature or high temperature

3, no matter in low temperature or high temperature state has good mechanical properties

4, the control of carbon content and grain size has good creep resistance fracture strength, recommended for use in environments above 700 degrees.

● Erosive atmosphere of thermocouple casing

● Vinyl chloride monomer production: resistance to chlorine gas, hydrogen chloride, oxidation and carbonization corrosion

● Uranium oxidation to hexafluoride: resistance to hydrogen fluoride corrosion

● Production and use of caustic alkali metals, especially in sulphide environments

● Titanium dioxide by chlorine gas process

● Production of organic or inorganic chlorides and fluorides: resistance to chlorine and fluorine corrosion

● Nuclear reactor

● Curved neck bottles and parts in heat treatment furnace, especially in carbonization and nitriding atmosphere

● The catalytic regenerator in petrochemical production is recommended to use alloy 600H in the application above 700℃ to obtain a longer service life.
