Double strand galvanized barbed wire

Barbed wire: The barbed wire is a double-strand barbed high-strength low-carbon alloy steel wire, the tensile strength is not less than 700MPa-900MPa. The strand wire and nematode are hot-dip galvanized antirust, the diameter is φ1.7mm, the thorn spacing is 102mm, the twist number is >7, there are 4 spines in the joint, the spines are straight pointed, the length of the spines is 16 × 3mm, and the thorn wire is wrapped around the strand wire for 1.5 turns, which should be firmly twisted and uniform in shape. At the intersection of the barbed wire and the cable-stayed barbed wire, φ2.2mm steel wire with a length of 120mm is firmly bound.
① The column adopts KP type insulating glass steel composite isolation grid column, and the technical indicators meet the requirements of JT/T 848-2013. The column material performance of electric welding grid isolation grid shall comply with the provisions of Carbon Structural Steel (GB/T 700-2006).

② Connecting parts: Connecting parts should be made of ordinary carbon structural steel (Q235), and meet the requirements of "Carbon Structural Steel" (GB/ T700-2006) and the corresponding technical standards.

Corrosion protection requirements
① The barbed wire should be hot-dipped galvanized, and the galvanized amount is 250g/m2. The zinc used in hot-dipped galvanized should meet the requirements in "Zinc Ingot" (GB/T 470-2008).
② All steel components should be treated with surface derusting, degreasing, phosphating and purification before anti-corrosion treatment.
